Message	and I honestly have to agree that some cops are scumbags. I wouldn't call the cop that pulled me over lastnight a scumbag, he's more of a douchebag cop. One of those pesky little fucks that just hang around to jerk people's chains.. He would have graduated to scumbag if he had given me a ticket tho. ;-) I agree with you though - the world without cops would be much worse than a world with them.
